Meet for Two Workouts per Week:
Speed/Threshold Workouts
Wednesdays @ 6:00pm – Location: The Dome

Group Long Runs:  Sundays 9:00  - Location Varies (but often from Skinny Raven!)

Cost:$150/Dec 2rd – End of April 
Note: Use of The Dome requires membership:   $75 for 10 punches - or $50/month – or $65/month family – or Skinny Raven Discount of $325 year(instead of $360).   We will be using the dome approx. 4 times per month.  For those who intend to use The Dome solely for workouts with the group, the punch card is the most economically viable option.  Go to www.thealaskadome.com for more details.

Minimum Requirement:  Must be able to run 3 miles/5K in under 30 minutes.  Limited to first 50 applicants.
