Wednesdays @ 6:00pm – Location: The Dome
Group Long Runs: Sundays 9:00 - Location Varies (but often from Skinny Raven!)
Cost:$150/Dec 2rd – End of April
Note: Use of The Dome requires membership: $75 for 10 punches
- or $50/month – or $65/month family – or Skinny Raven Discount of $325
year(instead of $360). We will be using the dome approx. 4 times per
month. For those who intend to use The Dome solely for workouts with
the group, the punch card is the most economically viable option. Go

Minimum Requirement: Must be able to run 3 miles/5K in under 30 minutes. Limited to first 50 applicants.

compete in with an emphasis on meeting a personal goal for a Spring ½
Marathon or Marathon. Pace Groups and coaching for all abilities.

Skinny Raven Marathon - ½ Marathon Training Group, get motivated, and
get after that Spring Marathon or ½ Marathon Personal Record. What
