Skinny Raven Return Policies

 

How many times have you tried a shoe on in the store only to have it feel completely different upon your return home?  Though we do pride ourselves on our "sit and fit" process, sometimes shoes just do not work.  Skinny Raven's return policy is set up to protect customers from being stuck with shoes that simply do not work for their feet.  Once you purchase a non-sale item at Skinny Raven you have a forty-five day return window as long as you have a receipt, shoecard, or other form of proof of purchase.  After the forty-five day grace period all other potential returns will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Skinny Services

 

In addition to providing help with finding proper footwear, Skinny Raven also provides it's customers with several other services at no charge.  Fresh Kaladi Brothers coffee is available all day long at the front register so that shoppers can enjoy a fresh cup of joe while they shop. Other services available upon request include shoe stretching, gift wrapping, gait analysis, polishing and insole replacement( for certain Dansko clogs) and shoe studding during the winter months(see winter training for more information about shoe studding).
