Since its inception in 1994 Skinny Raven Sports has strived to be at the forefront of the Anchorage running community. Every year we sponsor various races and programs to ensure that running continues to be a positive and active outlet for anyone willing to lace up their shoes and hit the roads/trials. Though our origins lie in running footwear, over the past fourteen years we have grown by leaps and bounds, expanding our product selection to include casual accessories and shoes. Recently we have dedicated a small portion of the store to the increasingly popular frisbee golf phenominon and in the summer we are proud to provide the most diverse selection of discs in Alaska.
Green business practices have been another area of focus as Skinny Raven continues to grow and we currently participate in a recycling program that includes both paper products and plastics. We also offset 100 percent of our energy costs with Green Energy credits.
