The Program
Safe, fun, confidence-building
This program is intended as an introduction to running. There is no mandatory attendance or competition. Kids may travel to any of the team practice sites.
- Kidsrunning runs from June 2nd to July 31st
- Ages 6-13 and all fitness and
skill levels
are welcome - 3-race series
- 1.5 hr sessions, twice a week
- Paid coaches
We will cover:
The Basics | Form Drills | Various superfun games | at least one short run
Kidsrunning is a program run in conjunction with Healthy Futures. For more information about Healthy Futures check the website at: healthyfuturesak.org.
